Sarah Kroll graduated from Nazareth College of Rochester in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. After a 10-year career as a social worker, Sarah graduated with valedictorian honors from New York Institute of Massage in January 2015. She opened Calm Earth Organic Spa in 2018 to offer environmentally-conscious massage and spa services.

Sarah Kroll graduated from Nazareth College of Rochester in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. After a 10-year career as a social worker, Sarah graduated with valedictorian honors from New York Institute of Massage in January 2015. She opened Calm Earth Organic Spa in 2018 to offer environmentally-conscious massage and spa services. 

Sarah has been interested in holistic and alternative medicine since childhood, and a career in helping people on their wellness journeys was a natural choice after growing up in a family of nurses, social workers, yogis and Reiki practitioners. First-hand experience with anxiety, chronic pain and motherhood has also given Sarah a unique ability to empathize with clients who present with a variety of physical and emotional conditions. She strives to create a nurturing, healing space for everyone she has the privilege to treat. 

Sarah is well-versed in Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Massage, Cupping and Heat Therapy to address dysfunction. She specializes in neck, shoulder and low-back pain, as well as prenatal massage. 

In her free time, Sarah enjoys playing piano, hiking, yoga, and spending time with her husband and two children.
