My Life Direction… Since I was very young, I have had a deep sense of purpose and connection to Spirit. As I grew older, I learned that the way for me to live a meaningful life, was to spend it making a positive difference in the lives of others.  This decision gave me the opportunity to: Work with youth in crisis, Teach children young and old that they are indeed artists, Travel to Africa on a Fulbright Scholarship to promote tolerance, AND Provide spirit centered bodywork – mending and honoring the connections between mind, body and spirit.

As a Bodyworker… I believe that all things are connected, and the best path to healing is not always the most obvious. It is with this philosophy that I work intuitively to find the best combination of bodywork techniques for each client.

My work includes: Deep Tissue and Trigger-point work, Swedish massage, Sports massage, Pre-natal massage and Energy work.

I consider myself to be a life-long learner and have been a student of: Qi gong, Yoga, Meditation, and various forms of Energy work.
