I've been a licensed massage therapist since 2013. I specialize in deep tissue, swedish, hot stone massage, cupping therapy, prenatal massage, trigger point, PNF stretching, Myofasical release, scar tissue removal, aroma therapy & reiki techniques. I also do chair or table massage for events. I've worked with, soothed &/or treated herniated disc, plantar fasciitis, sciatica, low back/hip pain, insomnia, neck/shoulder problems, frozen shoulder, decreased range of motion, fibromyalgia, general aches/pains &/or migraines. Each session includes a consultation, specialized treatment plan, Aroma Therapy, & help on self-care routines.
