My passion is your relaxation

I have always had a passion in working with people to help them feel better, feel seen, and understood. I had come to a point in my work life that I needed to change the direction from a broad focus, to an individualized focus. I went back to school for massage therapy and attended the Aveda Institute in West Des Moines, Iowa. 

The modalities that I really enjoyed and like to focus on are Prenatal, Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial. I also incorporate hot stones and cupping.
