My passion is your relaxation

I have always had a passion in working with people to help them feel better, feel seen, and understood. I had come to a point in my work life that I needed to change the direction from a broad focus, to an individualized focus. I went back to school for massage therapy and attended the Aveda Institute in West Des Moines, Iowa. 

The modalities that I really enjoyed and like to focus on are Prenatal, Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial. I also incorporate hot stones and cupping.

Sceptic NO MORE! However, I do believe that Sarah is not the average massage person. It has been a good few years since I had a massage treatment until my chiropractor recommended 'Be Still Massage' to manage a persistent, specific groin/hip issue. Despite only having a 30-minute session, Sarah immediately addressed the painful and tight areas, leaving me feeling heard, seen and addressed. I will continue to go until I have full relief. Highly recommend Sarah and her healing hands.

I’ve been coming to Sarah for massages for a few years now and each one has been so relaxing and the highlight of my week!
