I have always had a passion in working with people to help them feel better, feel seen, and understood. I had come to a point in my work life that I needed to change the direction from a broad focus, to an individualized focus. I went back to school for massage therapy and attended the Aveda Institute in West Des Moines, Iowa. 

The modalities that I really enjoyed and like to focus on are Prenatal, Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial. I also incorporate hot stones and cupping.

It was easy to make the appointment and find the location. Important for a first time experience! Sarah was professional, listened to my concerns and focused on those areas. I plan to incorporate more massage therapy in my quest for better health and will make more appts with Sarah in the near future.

I really enjoyed Sarah and her expertise as a message therapist. I chose her because she has a table that allows me as a pregnant woman to lay down on my stomach and that was very important to me. She had the right amount of pressure from the start and listened to my troubled areas and worked on them well. My overall experience was wonderful and I would certainly recommend her services to anyone!

I had a shoulder injury that was really bothering me and Sarah was able to relieve so much of the tension in my shoulder. The cupping tools she uses were so helpful to me! I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing relief from injury or just overall relaxation.
