Daphne Starling is a trauma-informed, rehabilitative medical massage therapist and board-certified holistic health practitioner with over 15 years of experience. Her work focuses on sports medicine, motor vehicle injury rehabilitation, and chronic pain recovery, blending advanced bodywork techniques with compassionate care tailored to each client’s needs.

Daphne’s expertise includes cupping, gua sha, reflexology, auriculotherapy, magnetic therapy, and PEMF. She is a Usui Reiki Master who has taught classes in energy healing, chakra clearing, breath work, and meditation. In addition to her bodywork credentials, Daphne is registered with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, International Natural Healers Association, and the American Holistic Health Association.

A Portland native, Daphne holds a B.A. from Linfield University and is passionate about creating a supportive, empowering healing space for every client — from professional athletes to those recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions.
