I studied massage therapy after my sister was badly injured in an auto accident. Watching her healers help her return to functional opened my eyes to how much a trained, caring therapist can help reduce pain and dysfunction. I use a variety of massage and/or energy techniques to help you feel better, whether the pain stems from an injury or stress. Be warned - I often suggest homework (usually stretching) to help maintain the benefits of the work. :)
