I have been a massage therapist for 14 years and base my massages off of what the client does daily. I take into consideration physical activity, occupation, inactivity, and the basic functions a person puts their body through on any given day. I come from a sports and weight training background and transfer that into how the body can get back to its peak performance. My pressure can vary from light to deep tissue which most clients will find to their advantage.

I highly recommend Steve. He listens to what you want and it is apparent he cares a great deal about the overall service and experience he delivers to his clients. I have had some lingering atrophied muscles from years of heavy lifting, and Steve has been able to bring relief to those specific areas. I always feel very comfortable at all my appointments. I drive a little bit of a distance because he is that good, and am so glad I found him. The ambiance, skill, and professionalism are all top shelf.

Steve easily adapted his style and focus areas based on input throughout the session. He also easily established a comfort level during initial consultation and carried that through the whole session. Flexible hours and reasonable pricing are a plus. Will definitely return.
