Most people know me as a musician or a coach but few people know about my passion for massage.  At first, it was in support of my wife Ellie, and her practice Harmony Healing Arts.  I know first hand what a consistent, personal maintenance massage program can do for an individual as I suffered chronic migraines and tension headaches as a result of years of contact football and multiple concussions.  Ellie brought me out of a world of "SETTLING" for constant pain into a world pain free, and more importantly worry free.  It took time and dedication and that dedication continues through my own practice.  I want people to know that pain is a temporary factor in life.
