Hello and Welcome!!!  Intuitive since a child about massage, I always gave massages to my family and friends, which led to where I am today.  Directed by a licensed massage therapist to "just get your license already", I studied at both PMTI in DC and NMTI in Falls Church, VA, and have been licensed since 2009.  I had originally been formally introduced to massage and bodywork whilst studying and certifying in Living/Rawfoods in 1995.  This 3 month live work program exposed me to many a modality, as well as a greater knowledge of self, health and healing, that I incorporate in my life and practice everyday. I managed a health food store in DC which added to my well rounded approach to life and health.  Awareness, wellness and mindfulness are key elements to living a balanced life.  I love my practice and my clients..they give me a sense of accomplishment in healing and I find a wonderful meditational state each session.  I find massage to be not merely a luxury, but a necessity...certainly to quality of life.  I started with a massage studio, then changed to outcalls, which extends the healing cycle by a number of hours.  Instead of having to drive to and from the studio, my "studio" comes to you.  You enjoy the massage, gently roll off the massage table and go to bed, or safely engage in your favorite home activity which gives you the benefits of healing until you engage your day the following morning.  I have found my clients do truly love this and have come to appreciate the many benefits of home visits.  Thank you for exploring my site...have fun and all the best...be well!!!
