Everyone is unique so when it comes to massage therapy, every single person requires an individualized approach. Having over 20 years of experience and training in different massage therapy modalities, I am able to focus on a technique or use a combination of techniques to address the client’s specific needs. I am certified and licensed in a wide range of modalities such as, FasciAshi (barefoot massage), Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation, Neuro-Mechanical Therapy, Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, Thai massage, Reiki, Energy Work, and Reflexology. My specializations include, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stones, Prenatal Massage, Bamboo Massage, Couples Massage and different types of body treatments. 

Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with several athletes such as Crystal Langhorne of Seattle Storm WNBA team, former WKU basketball player Cliff Dixon and the Washington Wizard’s cheerleader, Caitlin. 

The whole body alignment requires that myofascia and esseous Structures be systematically treated to prevent strain patterns from becoming pain patterns.

By utilizing the skills and techniques I have learned over the years, I am able to provide my clients with an individualized experience that will help them feel their best. I believe that incorporating massage therapy into one’s life has the ability to enhance their overall health and well -  being.
