I love bring a massage therapist because I get to help make the world a better place, one massage at a time.
My massage journey began in 2008. I graduated from Carrington College, top of my class. After graduation, I was hired by my instructor to be a teaching assistant due to my understanding of, and fascination with, how the human body moves and functions.
Eventually, I relocated to Northern Virginia, where I continued practicing as a massage therapist, while earning an A.S and Certification in Health Sciences at NVCC. I graduated with honors in June 2016. During my massage career, I've working in various settings including clinical spa, mobile spa, hotels, corporate events, sporting events, and even teaching future massage therapists.
With 12 years of hands on experience as an LMT and 3 years as an instructor, I aim to create a customized approach to my client’s needs. I am certified in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, orthopedic, neuromuscular/trigger point, prenatal, medical, sports, and hot stone massage. I often blend various massage techniques to provide the best session possible for my clients. I aim to educate and empower my clients through pre and post session assessments, and specific self-care instructions tailored to their everyday activities, health, and lifestyle concerns.
The human body is amazing and no one knows your body better than you. I am honored to be able to help clients on their path to wellness.
