Maria is original from Argentina; she came to the US 23 years ago to continue her journey helping others to achieve wellness goals. Maria has a M.D in exercise Physiology and Sports Science along with a M.D in Physical Education and Sports physical conditioning plus 25+ years of experience not only as a Pro Athlete ( former Track star ) but also in kinesiology, body functionality, body gate analysis and athletic performance; while in the US Maria continue her education and became an EMT , a Phlebotomist a Sports Massage Therapist,

Maria enjoys helping others to achieve wellness, healthy habits and self care.

Maria Graduated from NMTI in 2010, and soon continue her education in Sports Massage, Myo-fascia release, acupressure and Trigger point therapy.( among other modalities ) Maria continues her daily learning journey not only from Academics but also from amazing Co-workers .

Maria's main goals are not only to help others to heal but, most important, Maria focuses on Injury prevention, post surgery recovery, flexibility increase, Myo fascia release, Fascia stretching/ conditioning to accelerate good oxygenation/nutrition to muscle tissue to ensure faster muscle/body recovery.

Maria also focused on Health snd Nutrition research, muscle/ bodybuilding , epi-genetics and Neuro- plasticity.

Maria shared a vast amount of knowledge, but the appt was just ok. I expected more than just a few pressure points on right foot, nothing on left foot and a few stretching and cranking of my hips and legs. I never received the "happy feet" portion of the appt I pre-paid for.

I had no idea what I was supposed to do and no one ever told me. I think my experience would’ve been better if they wouldn’t have just thrown me in the room with no instructions or towel etc.

It was my first reflexology appointment. Maria explained everything prior. The massage was very good and relaxing. I highly recommend.

Maria gave me a great deep tissue massage and was able to work out some knots in my shoulder, allowing me to sleep better and have better range of motion.
