With 15 + years of experience, whether you are an athlete with a repetitive stress injury, or just feel overworked, stressed, or need a short vacation from reality, I am the person to help you take an active role in your healthcare routine.  I love to challenge myself professionally with new learning opportunities through both books and experiences.  I took more than double the required hours in school then went back to teach for three years, prior to moving out of state.  I take professionalism very seriously and look forward to helping you take an active role in your personal health and wellness.
    
I specialize in a wide range of techniques from Ashiatsu (foot pressure), Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue,  Hot Stone, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Passive and Active stretching, to Swedish, Prenatal and Infant Massage.

Dana was amazing! I am 31 weeks pregnant and I went for a prenatal massage. She was very knowledgeable and did an incredible job, I left feeling relaxed and got a lot of pain relief from the session. I will definitely be going back and asking for her!
