I graduated from The College of Westchester in New York, where I discovered my passion which is the need to help people. Then, I moved to Virginia which prompted my career on caring for others using my hands. I became certified and licensed as a massage therapist. I completed my certification from Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage. I have been working in medical, chiropractic and Spa settings. I am specialized in helping many people find relief from head, neck, and shoulder tension, as well as lower back pain, sciatica pain, plantar fasciitis, and stress. Regardless of a client’s need, I enjoy creating a safe, warm, relaxing environment in which to wind down into deep relaxation mode. One of my gifts is alleviating any apprehension or anxiety a person may be feeling with a well-done massage therapy. Although I have a wide-ranging knowledge of bodywork modalities, I am specialized on Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone & Cupping Massage. Combining these different techniques make a relaxing, yet effective massage in relieving tight muscles from every day use or injuries from overuse. I spend a lot of time working with clients who suffer from chronic pain therefore, my goal is to thoughtfully tailor each massage session in accordance with the guest’s needs and request, personalizing the experience for every individual. My passion reflects the believe in the power of the human touch. Helping my clients reduce pain, stress, find their inner happiness through massage, reflection, relaxation, and self-healing, make me feel rewarded and fulfilled knowing that I am able to make a difference in their lives.
