Currently, she performs the following:   


  • Traditional Swedish; The most original form of massage 
  • Myofascial Release; a fancy way to manually release knots from achy and tight muscles.
  • Stretch Therapy; great for everyone and highly beneficial for athletes, dancers and medical professionals. 
  • Hot Stone; a lovely refresher in the Winter months but more importantly it's a great way to deeply relax the muscles.
  • Cold Stone; similar to hot stone but way cooler and an excellent aide for those with allergies and migraines as well as if you have any aches and pains in the limbs. Cold therapy is an excellent treatment for inflammation. 
  • Himalayan Hot Stone; a reinvigorating massage that provides very warm soothing heat and a very light exfoliation to the skin and distributes mineral deposits from the stone into the epidermis that's soothing and relaxing to the body. 
  • Therapeutic Touch; a fabulous way to relax and decompress. 
  • Deep tissue; an intense touch that goes deeper into the layers of the muscular system.
  • Sports massage; a great pre-event that can help the body prepare to perform its best and an excellent post-event technique that will assist the muscles in relaxation and encourage them to recoup. 
  • Lymphatic drainage; a good reboot to the lymphatic system and an excellent way to assist your body with redirecting excess fluids from areas that have pooled. 
  • Aromatherapy; invite your senses to a siesta of deep relaxation and zen with custom blended essential oils and a calming massage. 
  • Sleep massage; light touch with deep intentions to soothe and calm the mind as well as the body a perfect end to a busy or intense day.

Leslie showed great interest in the health challenges I have experienced over the past 1-1/2. She tailored my therapy to maximize my results. She explained what she was going to do before she did it. She provided invaluable tips to relieve some of the pain that I have been experiencing and developed a treatment plan for me to proceed with in the future.
