My name is Laz, a medical massage therapist. I had worked for 5 years in a chiropractor’s office where I treated over 1,000 patients a year with disc herniation, frozen shoulder, thoracic outlet syndrome, whiplash accident injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome lateral/medial epicondylitis and many more. I am also an experienced deep tissue, sport, Swedish, myofascial manipulation and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation.

I have graduated from NOVA Medical Massage Therapy School where I studied anatomy, physiology and kinesiology for 5 years. I have done my extensive final case study about sciatic pain management and lumbar disc herniation. In addition to that I took a Registered Nurse course for 4 semesters at Germanna College, furthermore was an instructor of medical massage practical application, anatomy, pathology and patient assessment in Columbia College.



I have a great reputation from Washington, D.C. to Richmond, getting referrals from chiropractors, physical therapists, doctor’s offices and hospitals. I rehabilitate patients after an injury and those who suffer in chronic pain. I also improve the performance of athletes and prevent future injury.



I also have over 10 years of experience of training competitive athletes.
