My style of massage therapy is integrative which enables me to customize your massage treatment with a variety of modalities in order to achieve effective results. Some of my expertise includes Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Acupressure and Pregnancy Massage.

I am passionate about helping people to be set free of stress, pain and discomfort! It is also my goal to provide restoration to the mind and soul by putting all the scattered pieces of life back together again. I have over 30 years owning and maintaining a dependable and successful private massage therapy practice. This practice includes working independently and within a variety of health care/wellness environments such as chiropractic and wellness clinics, fitness centers and spas. Currently, I am working solely from my home office.

Throughout the years, I have worked for various Chiropractors providing Neuromuscular Therapy, Medical Massage, Deep Tissue and other types of therapeutic massage to patients. My experience in these clinics includes helping people with all kinds of injuries whether they be work related or auto accident, chronic pain issues and recovery from surgeries. Massage therapy is a very important component of the recovery/rehabilitation process and wellness programs for a healthy lifestyle.
