Sports Massage is my specialty, especially runners, fighters, golfers & tennis players. My favorite problems to solve are in the neck, shoulder, forearm & hand, diaphragm, low back, hips, knees & feet.  That's a long list, but I find that they all work together to create and solve problems.

Preparing before ACL surgery is something I have lots of experience in, plus the recovery after ACL replacement. If you live far away, email me and I can give you ideas for your prep & recovery.

I also enjoy working with kids to relieve pain, stress or any type of anxiety.

Ruth is amazing. I found her 20 years ago when I was doing 50k Nordic ski races. she was great then. At 54 I have decided to get back into racing Nationally and was fortunate to be able to find her again. She is greater than great. Very intuitive. I had a couple "weaknesses" with my body and within a couple sessions she dialed in the source. With her in my tool box I plan on racing hard for at least another decade. She finds her profession as an ongoing experience.
