I’m recovering from shoulder surgery and my muscles surrounding my shoulder girdle are “tight as a drum”. Being a therapist myself I recognize the difficulties I’m facing for healing and the need to regain full AROM. Martina is very professional and her knowledge of muscles/anatomy is very important. Martina was amazing. She listened to my main issue and focused on those areas. Her pressure was perfect. Best massage I've had. I'm reluctant to get massages because I usually end up covered in bruises and in more pain.
