I am an Empath and am extremely sensitive to both the energy and the suffering of those around me. For a long time this gift was misunderstood and unappreciated. It was the discovery my natural talent for massage and bodywork, and my deep and undying passion for learning about the body and about holistic health that was the door which lead me to first understand how I could use my gift to help ease the suffering of those around me. My hands and heart are what lead each one of my sessions because they always know just where to go and just what to do. 

I attended the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics where I received well over 800 hours of hands-on training in a wide variety of Massage and Bodywork modalities, Natural Therapeutics, and Anatomy and Physiology. This enables me to find the best modalities or techniques for each individual. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Core Synchronism, Polarity Therapy, and Reiki (amongst many others!). 

After practicing as a massage therapist for a time I grew unsatisfied with being limited to only being able to help my clients physically. I believe we must look at all layers of a person in order to heal and reach perfect health—physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. This lead me to discover Health Coaching! As a Health Coach I help my clients build a healthier lifestyle by guiding and inspiring them to find the foods and lifestyle choices that bring health, satisfaction, and joy back into their lives.
