I came in with a very painful knot in my right shoulder. DJ listened to what I said regarding my shoulder and was able to work out the knot. The next day I woke up with a better feelings shoulder with minimal soreness and the knot is gone (as expected). DJ gave me some helpful tips to alleviate any shoulder pain before it becomes a knot.
