Hello massage seeker! I go by Cat or Catherine. I have studied holistic health for 14 years and bodywork for 10 years in New Mexico and California. In my massage practice, I utilize; Swedish, deep tissue, Myofasical release techniques, trigger point, therapeutic touch/ reiki, cupping, fascial scrapping, hot towels, essential oils (complimentary by request) Ortho-bionomy and Craniosacral Therapy. Craniosacral is a gentle clothes on technique, but deep acting. I can integrate into massage sessions or it can be a stand alone treatment. In your session; I use whatever techniques you'd like and that I think will work best to achieve your intention.

Keep in mind when booking your sessions; 

Booking with a private practice will usually be a longer wait time because it is a one person show. If you need a massage quick, then it is best to go to an establishment that has many massage therapists.
