Having been in the massage therapy profession for 20+ years, I've worked on so many people with so many different body issues. No two bodies are alike and no two treatments are either.
I've noticed that many of us feel unsatisfied, unfulfilled, and just.... "meh." Then add on to that body aches/pains and general low energy.
This is why I've developed a treatment that I call 'Body Conversations.' It's designed to reconnect the mind and body, release aches and pains, and to restore vitality and peace of mind.
One of my long-time clients suffers from a heavy dose of stress (who doesn't?) and anxiety that manifests in soreness/pain & tightness in key areas of the body. Coming in uptight and full of "stress-out" energy, she informs me of what she's feeling and I then "tune in" and listen to what her body/energy is telling me as well. The treatment consists of the melding of what I'm hearing from both and utilizes many different techniques that I've acquired over the last 20 years. She practically floats off the table and out of the treatment room. The evidence of a significant shift is apparent on her face. More relaxed, more connected, more balanced.
