I'm in my 20th year of doing Massage and Craniosacral Therapy and still love it!  I'm passionate about movement and exercise and how to keep the body feeling great.


I got my B.S. in Kinesiology (the study of human movement) from University of Colorado at Boulder in 1991.
I went to Crystal Mountain Massage School in 1994-95 in Albuquerque, NM.

Combining Massage, Myofacial Release, and Lomi Lomi with more subtle, gentle techniques like Craniosacral Therapy is my specialty.

I work in the High Desert Yoga Healing ARTs Center in Albuquerque which is  a very peaceful setting.
I also teach yoga next door.  Yoga for Lunch and a Dance and Yoga Fusion class.

My hobbies include Hiking, Skiing, Yoga, Dancing, Reading, and travel.
I have a husband and two sons.
