My name is Karen Armstrong. I have been practicing Massage Therapy since I graduated form Apollo College in 2004. I am Navajo I grew up on the Navajo Reservation, but left in 1999 to further my education. I preform massage techniques from Relaxation, Swedish, Trigger Point and Deep Tissue. I continue to expand my knowledge wan skills with Continuing Education courses.

Karen is an absolute professional. I had a severe back injury, tight lower back muscles, shoulder and hamstring. 2 weeks with no sleep minimal movement and no exercise and with 2 treatments I am feeling back to myself. She understood my frustration and made it her goal to get me back to my regular routine. She is one of the best message therapists I have ever had.
