I appreciate the techniques utilized for a restful and productive massage. He definitely helps facilitate more balance in the muscular system and aims to help promote health in general. I also think he is very considerate during the massage and wants to know where to focus his attention for breaking up trigger points. Overall, a good experience.

He really focused on my neck which is where I have constant pain. He released a huge knot in my back. He was very nice and professional. I would definitely ask for him again.
