Year 9: Best massage therapist I've had, & I've been fortunate to have had several superior massage therapists through the years due to injuries leaving me unable to walk (I had to add acupuncture & chiropractor treatments then, as well). Sonia’s methods are far superior; no need for chiropractor or acupuncture treatments! I push my physical strength on projects daily, so injuries often occur, plus the fact that I'm in my 60s & still act like 30! Sonia is the exception to other massage therapists in that she has helped me to heal & progress to become stronger & to live without pain a lot of the time, which with my scope past injuries, I thought that was impossible. My ability to function now w/o a series of pain medications & topicals is amazing. What a success! I do my part to stay healthy, as well: I try to eat the right things, take turmeric, do stretches every night before bedtime, & take a brisk walk during the day. We also hike the mountains or river about once a week. Thanks to Sonia, I stay good to go & can enjoy all the things life offers. And quite honestly, I think I'm able to do anything I could do in my 30s ... maybe not as well, but close.

Sonia always manages to detect what's ailing me and fix it. Her technique is so subtle you don't even realize she's worked out the problem until you realize the ache and pain you walked in with, is gone! She's got a gift!!
