My services may be able to help with relaxation, increased lymphatic movement, improved circulation, decreased heart rate, decreased cortisol levels, anxiety, increased energy levels, fibromyalgia, improved sleep, increased flexibility, decreased heart rate, TMJ, assist in soft tissue repair, recover from injury, reduce scar tissue, assist in post surgical recovery and more I currently offer basic Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Hot Stone, Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Chair Massage for those on lunch break or anytime of the day needing quick relief. I will soon be adding more to my library of knowledge to serve you with. I am currently mobile and service anywhere in Stanly County and the surrounding counties. I will consider special calls further away with an additional travel fee. I am animal friendly and only need ample room to set up my table, approximately a 10'square area will work.
