Very important part of the Massage experience.. By touching certain trigger points in the body it ignites the muscular-skeletal system deeply in order to correct the 3 layers in the body...The movement itself is beneficial and increases circulation in the lymphatic system as well.
I enjoy giving this technique.. as it creates a good foundation for the neck & shoulders to be held & massaged with a deep movement in order to balance the spine... Many people have issues with feeling relaxed in this area due to sleeping problems or sitting at the computer for long periods of time... Very good body enhancer.
Chair massage is very beneficial .. It relaxes the back, shoulders & neck.. It aligns the spine and balances the body .. Gives a feeling of comfort & relaxation.. Sitting on a chair for a massage is a unique experience as it enhances circulation in the body.. Simple brushes on the lower extremities will create an overall feeling of balance.

One of my favorite techniques is Reflexology.. I studied Massage because I started out give foot massages to friends & family.. They so enjoyed the comfort they received I continued my education in Massage and became a therapist.. The feet are a mirror of all the body parts.. Most people have very achy feet and need a massage to soothe and balance the body.. It feels great and relaxes the mind... I am a very big fan of this technique and always have been...!
