Owner Katy Dreyfuss Nasitka is a healing arts practitioner and teacher with over 25 years of experience. Katy combines her extensive training with a calm, centered, intuitive approach throughout deeply relaxing and relieving bodywork sessions.

An author of many bodywork training materials, Katy wrote The Reflexology Deck (Chronicle Books) and The Massage Deck (Chronicle Books). She also produced and recorded the guided visualization CD Sacred Space and Deep Relaxation and created corporate seminars and original yoga flow classes. A constant curious student, Katy has studied and practiced reflexology, massage, and yoga since her graduation from Yale University in 1989.

Before focusing entirely on her bodywork practice Katy developed and facilitated workshops for corporations and organizations including Cisco Systems, Charles Schwab, McKinsey & Company, the U.S. Federal Highway Administration, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, the Los Angeles Council of School Nurses, the Embarcadero YMCA, and The Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Certified by the American Society of Training and Development, Katy combined her skills as a Human Resources Development specialist with extensive research in stress management.
