I believe massage can be customized to be suitable for many different preferences in what people want to achieve through massage. It can be equally beneficial applied at a lighter or deeper pressure, with a lot of active work or mostly still work. I always respect the boundaries and wishes of the recipient.

I decided to become a massage therapist because I have always had an interest in massage and I wanted to be in a career where I can help people along their journey to become happy and healthy. One of the rewards of my work is that people enjoy their appointments and feel better after a session.

In addition to massage and energy work. I am into knitting lace right now. I enjoy the combination of relaxation and concentration that it brings. I also have fun baking, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
