I have had a passion for this work my entire adult life and have been a licensed, practicing massage therapist and a Yoga teacher for more than 3 decades. Yoga and bodywork are the 2 things that have had the most profound impact on my life, and I have dedicated my work to sharing them. 

I studied massage therapy at Educating Hands School of Massage in Miami, Florida and hold a long list of certifications in allied modalities. As a bodyworker, I specialize in Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage and Bamboossage. Additionally, I am a licensed Rollologist. I have a kind heart and strong hands. 

I was certified Teacher of  Yoga at the Sivananda Yoga Ranch in Woodborune, NY in 1992. With continued study of different styles and the deeper aspects of Yoga, I was led to India where I studied, practiced and taught Yoga. My extensive bodywork background gives my classes a therapeutic approach. My deep Yogic roots merge meditative flow with structural alignment, allowing a safe and positive environment for students explore and develop their own Yoga practice.

I created Massage-Ology with a passionate desire and lofty objective: to inspire and educate therapists so that we can soften the rough edges of the world by healing one body at a time.
