She is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Certified Member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. Her bodywork modalities include Swedish massage, deep-tissue massage, trigger-point massage, sports massage, silicone cupping, aromatherapy and CBD massage.
