As a Registered Nurse and a Massage Therapist I know how important touch is for wellbeing and healing.  I decided to further my life experience by learning Massage Therapy because I know the importance of self care and taking time out for yourself to unwind.   Massage offers so many benefits; relaxation, pain relief, tension relief, and so much more.  I want to offer this beautiful way of caring for oneself to those around me and in my community.
