La Vita e Bella - Life is beautiful

I am originally from Switzerland and always loved SPA treatments such as Sauna, Massages, Callanetics and was very active focused on Health and Wellness. I came to the U.S. in 2002 due to a Job transfer in international Banking dealing with foreign currencies. I am originally from Switzerland and always loved SPA treatments such as Sauna, Massages, Callanetics and was very active focused on Health and Wellness. I came to the U.S. in 2002 due to a Job transfer in international Banking dealing with foreign currencies. After a few Years I realized a huge disconnect between my head and heart and I was searching for something I can be passionate about and help people. I took some classes for Massage Therapy at the Trident technical college in Charleston, SC, moved in 2012 to Saint Louis and found Elements of Wellness, a private Massage Therapy School who ranks in the top 5% Nationwide for their autstanding Program. I received my Missouri State License in 2014 ( requirement 500 credit hours) and completed a 1000 hour Massage Therapy Program in Summer 2015, double the required hours for most states in the U.S. The program involved a more extensive in debt study of Anatomy, Physiology, Business and several modality classes such as : Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Cranial Sacral, Mayo Fascial Reliese, Reiki, Reflexology, pre natal, geriatric. I do love my new career path and never looked back. Seeing the transformation on my clients faces after the massages is the most rewarding feeling. One of my passions is helping Combat Veterans and survivors of Traumatic events, suffering from PTSD, Anxiety and Depression experiencing safe, nurturing Touch.

Agnes is at our office monthly for 10-minute chair massages, and after feeling REALLY relaxed from three of those quicker sessions, I wanted to make an hour long appointment at her studio. Agnes is very warm and personable, and has created a very peaceful environment. For my visit, she combined a few different methods and she just "gets it" when it comes to applying very deep pressure when needed. Highly recommended! :)
