They work primarily on healing cells, balancing chakras, clearing the aura, and clearing emotional and energetic blockages that will otherwise lead to dis-ease.  They also touch upon higher aspects of your spiritual nature to bring enlightened and expanded consciousness.  

The strong vibrations of Sound Healing ground you in your body while calming the mind.  Sound penetrates deeply into the physical body to remove energetic blockages from repressed emotions and limiting thought-forms.  It also naturally dissipates stress and balances and activates the chakra system. 
In my practice I use Crystal Singing Bowls, my voice, Tibetan metal bowls, gongs, drums, rattles, and any other sound producing instruments that are called for in the moment.  I also guide people to use their own voice as a self-healing and life-management tool.

Crystal healing is an amazing and joyful experience.  Crystals and gemstones are the most beautiful and stunning living creations from Mother Earth.  Each one emits a unique energetic frequency.  By intelligently organizing particular stones, you can feel and experience a unique and powerful energy. This energy affects the sub-atomic and cellular levels of your bio-electric body.  This is a very high level of vibration.  Because of this, crystals can perform spiritual healing.  Crystal healing can open you up to horizons of your own consciousness.

The vibrations of each "gemstone layout" resonate within your cells and atoms for 4 or more years.  There are over 150 different layouts you can receive for various healing applications.  This advanced crystal and gemstone healing modality is called "Universal White Time Gemstone Healing," of UWT for short.
I was drawn to these powerful modalities because I am very empathic, intuitive and "clairsentient," and "clairaudient" which means I feel and hear,  rather than see like a clairvoyant.  

I have dedicated my life to education and healing through music, crystals, and sound.  I have a BA in Music Composition from Amherst College, and a Master's in Music Composition from UMASS, Amherst.  I am a certified Massage Therapist and Reiki practitioner, and graduate from the Globe Institute of Psycho-acoustic Music and Sound Healing in San Francisco, CA.  I am also a Level IV UWT Gemstone Healing Practitioner and one of a handful of UWT Practitioner Trainers in the World.   

I practice and teach sound and crystal healing world-wide.  I have shared my healing gifts with Peruvian Shamans, Hawaiian natives, and others.  

My passion is helping people break from limitations, be they physical, mental-emotional, or spiritual.  I uphold a vision of unconditional love, compassion, and oneness consciousness for all living beings.
