Hi my name is Amity, I am a 2010 graduate of The Healing Arts Center, I have been performing massage and bodywork full time for over ten years in the St.Louis area and now I am expanding my business towards a private practice and I hope you give me a chance to practice my healing touch on you. I have extensive training in Deep tissue,  Myofascial release, Trigger point therapy, Sports massage, Swedish massage along with energy work that includes Reiki, Pranic healing, Polarity and Intuitive reading. I have a lot of knowledge and experience working with clients that have pain and, or injuries of the neck, shoulders, the hips, and psoas muscle, as well TMJ, headaches, and Thoracic outlet syndrome. For every bodywork session, I let my clients guide my therapeutic approach to individualize their healing, and through thoughtful communication, intuition, and my knowledge of the body,  I incorporate a variety of massage and bodywork techniques to get the results they are looking for in each session.
