I'm here to help you on your wellness journey by providing a space to unwind from the daily grind. I love this job because of the many benefits that massage therapy provides to people. It’s amazing to see people find true healing and comfort from life’s many stressors and live pain-free.

In addition to the mental, emotional, and spiritual health boosts that massage therapy can provide, I also aim to help each person to reduce pain and tension in their bodies; restore and optimize their range of motion, and help facilitate holistic wellness. 

I am a passionate life-long learner.

I am most passionate about combining the science of nature, biology, and manual therapy with the art and skill of massage therapy to help people feel better.

Outside of my profession, I prioritize my time with my family and fur babies. I enjoy travel, biking, hiking, walking, reading, meditation, time spent in nature, music, art, and spiritual growth. Holistic health is a practice and life long journey, I enjoy learning and growing. I strive to be a positive influence on others and I enjoy meaningful connections with people.

Nicole was kind and welcoming. The atmosphere of the studio was peaceful and cozy. She was very accommodating to my pregnancy during the massage and did a great job at getting rid of all the tension in my upper back that I struggle with
