I'm here to help you on your wellness journey by providing a space to unwind from the daily grind. I love this job because of the many benefits that massage therapy provides to people. It’s amazing to see people find true healing and comfort from life’s many stressors and live pain-free.

In addition to the mental, emotional, and spiritual health boosts that massage therapy can provide, I also aim to help each person to reduce pain and tension in their bodies; restore and optimize their range of motion, and help facilitate holistic wellness. 

I am a passionate life-long learner.

I am most passionate about combining the science of nature, biology, and manual therapy with the art and skill of massage therapy to help people feel better.

Outside of my profession, I prioritize my time with my family and fur babies. I enjoy travel, biking, hiking, walking, reading, meditation, time spent in nature, music, art, and spiritual growth. Holistic health is a practice and life long journey, I enjoy learning and growing. I strive to be a positive influence on others and I enjoy meaningful connections with people.

Nicole was absolutely amazing! I came in with lower back pain, and she knew exactly which pressure points to work on to help relieve the pain. She was very professional, caring, and truly knows what she’s doing. The ambience was also wonderful and so relaxing. I left feeling completely relaxed and much better. Highly recommend Nicole and this place!❤️
