My first career was in the restaurant business, starting as a server and ending as a restaurant owner.  During those years I saw the benefits of massage on my body.  After long hours on hard floors, my low back, sciatica and feet would be screaming.  Weekly massages relieved the physical discomfort I had, as well as rejuvenated my energy.  When it was time to move in to the next phase of my life, I knew that I wanted to give to those open to receiving it the gift of massage.

Having completed the 912 hour Massage Therapy course at Wellspring School of Allied Health in Kansas City, Missouri, I then took and passed the  Massage and Bodywork Licensing Examination.  After moving to Adel in 2014 I received my license to practice massage in the state of Iowa (license # 075545).  I am trained in many techniques, but especially enjoy deep tissue, trigger point therapy and hot stones.

I returned to the midwest in 2012 after having lived in Arizona for 20 years.  I embrace the change of seasons I experience here.  When not working I love to bake, cook and entertain friends and family.  In our free time my husband Craig and I jump on his Harley and relish discovering the hidden gems our new home state has to offer.
