Through my experience working for spas and chiropractors, my massage has evolved into a therapeutic blend of Swedish (traditional massage) and Table-Thai, which involves gentle stretches that help to loosen tight ligaments and increase overall range of motion.

Rachel knows how to target and work out tense muscles. I go to her when I really need to dig in to loosen muscle tightness. If you want a deep tissue, she's the person to go to.
