Lauren received her education and training from Atlanta School of Massage, 2014. She is passionate about helping others. Her clientele includes people with different goals. She serves athletes to help them perform at their peak and recover from injury. Chronically ill clients seek her to help manage their pain and bring comfort. Others allow her to serve them for true relaxation and healing. All benefit from her touch. She often incorporates relaxation massage with myofascial release, deep pressure work if desired, and trigger point therapy if needed. Combining these techniques make for a successful, relaxing massage and relieves tight muscles developed from everyday use or injuries from overuse. Lauren also is trained in Reiki and Emotional release techniques. She finds joy and fulfillment knowing at the end of each massage/treatment, she has made a significant difference in her client’s life by helping them take care of their body’s needs from the inside out and is helping them live a better life. Lauren is continuing her education and skills continuously to help her serve her clients with even greater detail and attention.
