I have had many Swedish massages in the past, but never before heard of SET (Structural Energetic Therapy). Anthony was very patient answering my many questions and was extremely informative. While there was some next day expected soreness (just like the muscle aches you would get after going to the gym) which only served to confirm that the problem areas were all well-targeted, the next few days after were a pleasant surprise. I found that I had a little more focus and energy, and my muscles were less sore and achy. Much better than I have felt in a long time. I would highly recommend Anthony for his Professionalism, knowledge and technique and I plan on adding regular visits to incorporate into my Wellness plan. Thank you, Anthony!
