My best outcome is for my clients to feel empowered in their own health and wellness.

Our sessions should be a collaboration; a dance that includes space for your individual needs and seeks to meet you where you are at in each moment so that you can be guided into the areas you wish to inhabit and to reach your goals with ease.
  • I believe that massage and bodywork are an integral part of each person’s life for wellness and injury prevention as well as a part of any healing journey.
  • Feldenkrais and other somatic works provide an environment for you to learn more about your body and yourself, and that knowledge can transfer into other areas of your life and behavior.
  • Energetic work and practices can help align your spirit and your body.
I am grateful to be offering services that address each of these unique areas of your wellness care.

CMTPT - Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist

This is a certification for Trigger Point Therapy. I worked under the direction of a Trigger Point Therapist for five years before testing. While there are many therapists that do some trigger point work with their massages, there are a limited number of Certified Trigger Point Therapists in our state. The main way to resolve trigger points is to address the underlying conditions that cause and maintain them; mainly behavioral, environmental, and structural issues.

GCFP - Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner

This is an 800 hour education that takes place over four years. Feldenkrais is a unique approach to the body where we are concerned mostly with what you would like to be able to do or feel better. Through awareness and movement, Feldenkrais changes how you move with your body and in the world.

Other Massage and Bodywork Modalities

In my massage practice I have studied and use: LomiLomi Swedish Myofascial Release Cranial Sacral

Intra Oral Certified

I am also certified to work in the mouth. This can help to address and resolve issues with headaches, jaw and face pain, as well as neck issues. It can also help with bruxism (grinding) and Temporal Mandibular Joint Disorder (TMJD).

Intuitive Mind

Apprentice based learning program over a 10 month period covering meditation techniques to impact the energy field. I have also taken other courses from Intuitive Mind including the year long home program and individual courses.

So relaxing, and yet a lot of deep tissue work was done.
