Growing up in Austin, Bevin can truly say that she connects with this city.  She always knew that she wanted her days to be filled with doing something hands on in the health and wellness field which makes Austin the perfect place to be.  Staying grounded is imperative in our efforts to keep ourselves balanced.  Massage can help facilitate this delicate balance by relieving stress, releasing mood enhancing hormones, and providing an overall grounding affect.   I wholeheartedly believe that being healthy and balanced starts with how we treat our bodies.    

Bevin studied at Texas Tech University earning a Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences in 2002.  This was the beginning chapter for Bevin in her journey to learn more about the human body inside and out.  After spending some time in the corporate world, in 2011 Bevin attended massage school in Austin, Texas at Texas Healing Arts Institute.  Since graduating from THAI, Bevin has gained valuable experience in Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Massage, and Relaxation Massage at The Spa at Texas Healing Arts.  

In October of 2014, Bevin incorporated another very important aspect of keeping ourselves working at an optimum level and became a personal strength trainer.  This brought things full circle for her to be able to help keep herself and others living the life we all deserve.
