Swedish Relaxation Massage Deep Tissue/Sport Massage Certified in Integrative Reflexology Neuromuscular Therapy (Cervical and Upper Extremity) Myofascial Release Stretching Professional Background Paula is a graduate of the Potomac Massage Training Institute (PMTI) in Washington, DC, and has been practicing massage therapy since 2003 in Del Ray. She is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, licensed by the Virginia Board of Nursing, and a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). Paula specializes in Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular Therapy for the relief of neck and back tension. She also has had great success in relieving pain patterns in the lower body related to sciatica, overuse injuries, and being a desk jockey.
