My appointment was for 230 but I arrived 15 minutes late. Because we had so little time, I told her that I wanted my right shoulder and neck worked on. I also made this very clear in the intake form in addition to my multiple verbal requests. She started with my left foot in spite of my very explicit request. I tried twice to direct her to my right shoulder and she ignored me. The session finished Without her even touching my problem areas. I asked her to work on my shoulder and she did it for two minutes and said that she had to get the next client. I understand that the massage was shorter because I was late. What I don’t understand is why she repeatedly ignored my requests to focus on my shoulder and neck. It was her first day so perhaps she was confused. Definitely the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. Her hands were also very weak and unskilled for a masseuse. Definitely the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. She needs to brush up on her skills and learn better listening skills before she’ll be ready to be a good masseuse
