I have been practicing massage therapy, yoga and energy work for over 12 years. The more I learn, the less I know, but this hasn't stopped me from continuing my journey nor has it quenched my thirst for more knowledge! I truly believe that we are body, mind and spirit, and as such we should treat these three levels instead of just focusing on the physical plane. My passion for helping others heal has only increased through the years, and I love what I do!

I would have to say Crystle is one of the most amazing massage therapist in the Pacific Northwest. She’s really in tune with your body and with your your spirit. Can quickly pick up and identify, retune and release it all very smoothly all while giving you the most wonderful massage ever. You do really feel wonderful when you leave, at least I do. I have fibromyalgia and occipital neuralgia and see Crystle every 3 weeks for therapy to keep my pain level down. I have seen a significant change since getting the Cranial Sacral Treatments she developed and teaches at her PRISM School.

Incredible experience. Cristal is a gifted healer. She was able to read and unblock energy meridians, hold space for my healing and provided caring support. I feel 100% better after my visit and slept like a rock. Highly recommend!

It amazes me how far I’ve come since starting with Crystle. When I first began, just getting to an appointment felt overwhelming and close to panic.
