Massage therapy can relieve the stress and/or discomfort of pregnancy and the postpartum year..
On our pregnancy tables you can lie face down.
With stretching and movement, we can increase pelvic space and optimize baby's position for birth.
Before and after a Cesarean birth, MLD therapy can reduce swelling and help you feel better faster.

I have had both a prenatal and postnatal massage here with Megan T. Each time I was so blown away by my experience. With my prenatal I was a little nervous to be face down (even though a table with a cutout for my belly was provided). She made sure I felt comfortable and answered any questions I had and let me know if I needed to change positions at any time I could. I felt safe, respected, and cared for. It was the best prenatal massage I have ever had (and I've had 4 pregnancies). I also went back when I was a few weeks postpartum. Megan and others were so accommodating to me and let me bring my baby with me. I was offered to have someone hold my baby during my massage, a bouncer seat to be brought in for baby to rest in, or for me to lay on my side and breastfeed my baby. Which is what I chose. I never felt like my baby or I were an inconvenience. I felt so loved and supported in a way every Mama deserves. The massage was just what my tired body needed. I highly recommend
