As a Group Fitness Instructor and Yoga Teacher whose worked in various fields from retail to restaurants to desk jobs, I know the strain that is put on our bodies daily. And because of how busy we can get between work, family, and social lives, we sometimes choose to ignore our strains until we can't any longer. I want to help calm down the screams that the body does when we've ignored it for too long, as well as help to keep it from screaming.
