Before you start, make sure your gift certificates are available for purchase online. In your MassageBook account, go to Marketing > Gift Certificates > Service Certificates and Custom Certificates to set up your menu.

Follow these steps to send an email campaign:

  1. Sign in to MassageBook

  2. Select Marketing > Campaigns > New Campaign

  3. Select the Gift Certificates theme

  4. Select your favorite template from these choices:

    • Holiday Gift Certificate 1

    • Holiday Gift Certificate 2

    • Holiday Gift Certificate 3

    • Holiday Gift Certificate 4

  5. Name your campaign and select the recipients

  6. Review the design and make any necessary changes to the written content so that it best suits your business (the button link will send recipients to a page where they can purchase gift certificates)

  7. Schedule your campaign to send on the date and time of your choice

  8. Select Finish

Follow these steps to send an email campaign:

  1. Sign in to MassageBook

  2. Select Marketing > Promotions

  3. Select Campaign next to your gift certificate promotion to open the campaign builder
